Put a complaint in about 11 months ago about somebody who works there who treated poorly because of my Autism when I volunteered and nothing ever got done about it
What a truly special place - we looked round today with the hope of fundraising for Acorns this year and we were overwhelmed by the warmth and care that came from the team and volunteers - by the absolute bucket load. During such an incredibly difficult and impossible to comprehend time, this place and these people bring as much love, comfort and compassion as they possibly can to families including siblings, grandparents and friends. We were blown away. Thank you so much for inviting us into such a very special place.
