Gavin joined his father's heating company in 2004. Already with City and Guilds qualifications in electronic servicing and after re-training to NVQ level 2 at South Devon College, and then ACS qualifications at City College Plymouth, Gavin quickly took to Gas Boiler maintenance, fault finding and repair, in addition to Gas Central Heating and Boiler installation and design. Gavin became company Director in 2008, shortly after bringing Shaun on board. Shaun completed the team in 2007 from a background in Art and Design, Shaun also attained an NVQ at South Devon College, ACS qualifications at City College Plymouth and swiftly proved proficient in Gas Central heating installation, design, serving and repair, and it was his influence that then expanded the company's portfolio into the growing renewable energy market, primarily Air Source, Solar Thermal and Solid fuel.
