If you require carers to maintain your independent living I would not buy a Churchill property, or one run by their agents Millstream Management. My mother is resident in one in Fareham and needs 4 care visits per day. However now they are banned from using the car park as well as incidences of them being verbally abused by residents fighting over the parking spaces. Poor Mum now lives in fear of not being able to have the care she needs or being unable to pay for the across the road pay car park charges her carers will now have to pay. So it appears the cost of living in a Churchill property is more than you think, if you disabled or ill.
