Services
Sash window restoration
We restore sash windows to their original condition, addressing rot, draughts, and operational issues. Our process includes timber repairs, glass replacement, and re-weighting sashes. This service preserves historical features while improving functionality and energy efficiency for period properties.
Draught proofing
Our draught-proofing solutions eliminate cold air infiltration using high-quality brush pile weatherstripping. This reduces noise pollution, lowers heating bills, and maintains the aesthetic integrity of sash windows in listed buildings and conservation areas.
Slim double glazing
We install Slimlite double-glazed units that retain traditional aesthetics while enhancing thermal performance. These units use planitherm glass, krypton gas, and heritage spacers to achieve modern energy standards without compromising period character.
Secondary glazing
Secondary glazing adds an internal window layer for improved insulation where double glazing isn't permitted. This solution offers noise reduction, better security, and energy savings while maintaining original sash window appearance in protected properties.
Professional window painting
Our specialist painters apply durable Dulux Weathershield coatings to renovated windows. The process includes priming, undercoating, and gloss finishing for long-lasting protection and a pristine appearance on both internal and external sash window surfaces.
