Very pleased and happy with our Roller Garage door we had fitted a few months ago, the Lady in the office definitely knows her stuff, unfortunately one of our neighbours damaged it, we rang and asked them to come and repair it, it was no problem, they came out to us at an agreed time and repaired it in less than half an hour, we needed some new slats, quick and efficient, even rang to give us a time they would be there, good price as well, 60.00 for slats and repair (plus vat) considering we are 40 miles away, very easy to deal with company will definitely recommend
Total rip off I am afraid. 10 mins work & asked for 50. The ofice didnt mention 50 call out charge! Really disappointed. Mr friend wanted to use them I will not be recommending sadly.
