Great friendly knowledgeable service. My front door locking mechanism had broken along with the door handle. They came round same day to replace with no extra call out charge. Were able to replace both on the spot. Very happy customer.

Used SureLocks as has great reviews. I wasn’t let down. John offered to come immediately if urgent but I assured him next day would do. Rang me nxt day to confirm time. Broken upvc french door lock and window were fixed with new locks and mechanisms quickly. Such a friendly service from John and his staff and very reasonable price.
I will not hesitate to use again and highly recommend. Thanks John for fixing what I broke.

Just had back door locked change and had to have the front door mechanism sorted. John had to go and find a new full mechanism for me, in which he did, and then came back to fit it to my front door . Excellent service, highly recommend. Great job thank you so much
