Oh what a joy to meet Kevin a absolute pro and whom is a pleasure to deal with and a thoroughly nice chap. He acknowledged my message in no time atall and arranged to come over the next day to look at my patio door which was intermittently locking. He fixed the door lock mechanism and i am thrilled that i now have a reliable, trustworthy go to locksmith.

Kevin sent me a speedy reply after sending out a message on checkatrade.com. Attended just as quick. Was really professional and friendly and very helpful. Throughout the call was great at explaining my options to me so I knew what I was getting. Displayed great knowledge of his craft will definitely use again when the time comes.

I contacted Kevin as I'd stupidly locked myself out. He was round in a flash, explained the differents types of ways he will attempt access and got me back in the house promptly.
I really appreciated the advice he gave me afterwards on additional security options I could consider to make my home more secure. It was honest, useful and without any attempt to sell me the products, however i'll definitely take him up on the advice!
