Ryan came to assess the job and was the only one (of 3 firms who quoted) to suggest the perfect location for installation of both internal and external units. He gave me excellent information and alternative prices/units with pros and cons. He was punctual and he and his team were professional, considerate and very swift. They left the house in perfect condition and explained the working of the unit clearly before leaving. I recommend them very highly!
