If you require assistance with loading and unloading the van on the ground floor, our staff is always happy to help. However, if you need help carrying items upstairs, there may be an additional fee.

All our vans and drivers are covered by Hire and Reward, Goods In Transit and Public Liability insurance.

Pricing depends on van size and includes hourly rates (from £45) plus mileage. Transparent quotes are provided before booking with no hidden fees.

Yes, our vans have two passenger seats. Customers may accompany their cargo, subject to availability when booking multiple helpers.

We move furniture, household goods, pianos, and commercial stock. The medium van fits one-bedroom flats, while large vans accommodate two-bedroom homes.

VanOD are absolutely fantastic. We had two vans and two movers (Renan and Luis) helping us move from a second-floor, two-bed flat (with no lift) into a two-bed house about 20 minutes away. I packed and helped carry some of the lighter stuff. They did all the driving, all the heavy lifting and the completed the whole job in under three hours from arrival to finish. It was about 25 degrees that day and yet they barely broke a sweat. Renan and Luis were consummate professionals: efficient, careful, and polite throughout.

They made what could have been a stressful day feel seamless. I couldnt have asked for better service. If youre a young professional, a couple, or just someone with a moderate amount of lifes accumulated belongings, this is absolutely the moving company to go with. This is the second time I've used Van OD to collect and deliver second-hand furniture I've bought online and they are brilliant. I would recommend Van OD. The 2 lovely guys arrived on time and moved everything we wanted moving really efficiently in to the large van. Then still had time to pick up a wardrobe on the way to the new house. And emptied the van and put it in each room where it was needed. All done in a few hours. This company sent me a lovely man. He was very helpful worked alongside my dad he knew exactly how to pack the van and made sure all my items were safe. Very easy process to book a van for a delivery from Bristol to north Wales, with me accompanying. The driver communicated well ahead of the booked date and on the day, was cheerful and professional, and even took photos for posterity when we dropped the item off! Would recommend.

Rob was a great driver and Jody was really responsive. Our job was manoeuvring quite a strange large, fragile object but we felt 100% confident in the care and attention it was treated with. Also it was great there were two passenger seats so we could both get to the destination space for the installation work. This is definitely the most reliable van service in Bristol!

I have used Van OD on several occasions. They are always quick to respond to my email or messages. They arrive at the appointed time. They are careful with the goods that I am asking them to transport. In short, they are reliable and easy to work with.

It was hard work with the stairs involved, but throughout Rony and Fabiano were efficient, polite and careful. I helped out a bit but they were both deliberate in giving me light objects and were clear they would do the bulk of the work and the heavy lifting. If I had something heavy and we crossed paths, they'd discretely and kindly take it from me. Also, they were great company - we learnt a bit more about one another during the journey. Rony's driving was careful, he said thanks to many other vehicles and he also did not rush, given the size of the vehicle and the cargo. All in all - very pleased with the services and would definitely use again!
