Questions
How often should windows be professionally cleaned?
We recommend monthly cleaning for commercial properties and bi-monthly for residential. Properties near busy roads or trees may require more frequent maintenance to prevent build-up.
Can you clean windows during rain?
Yes, we operate in most weather conditions. Rain doesn't affect our purified water system's effectiveness, though extreme weather may require rescheduling for safety reasons.
Do you offer interior window cleaning?
Interior cleaning is available as an additional service. Our standard service focuses on external windows, but we can include internal panes for an extra fee upon request.
Are your cleaning methods eco-friendly?
Yes, we use purified water without chemical additives. Our system reduces water consumption compared to traditional methods while eliminating soap residue that attracts dirt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, BACS transfers, and direct debit payments. Invoices can be provided upon request for business customers requiring formal payment processing.
Do you provide guarantees for your work?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our cleaning, we'll return to re-clean affected areas at no additional cost.
