Our drain repair service begins with identifying pipe damage through advanced CCTV inspections, typically after clearing a blockage. Fantastic service. Michael was extremely professional and helpful from initial contact offering excellent advice. He came the next day completing the job of fixing a broken drainpipe to an high standard and he was very accommodating of our needs. A massive thank you! I would definitely recommend.

Michael was efficient, communicative, friendly - obviously an expert who was able to deal with the problem quickly, and explain it in laymans terms as he went along. Highly recommended. Really appreciate his time and hard work, thank you!

Michael and the team fixed our drainage issue with 48 hours of us contacting him. He shared photos and fully explained the issues we had, great service!

Michael came out next day to fix soil pipe into underground drain, no fuss, no mess. Great customer service and very friendly, explained everything that needed doing and then cracked on. Highly recommend and will be my first call if I ever need drainage works again.

Really impressed, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Great price, came out quickly, explained everything and even sorted the water company coming out for me once it was clear the problem wasn't on my property. Would definitely use again.

Had an emergency outside drain overflow issue. Really responsive service. Came out same day, found the issue. Which was a brick from the build. Cleaned everything up and was really informative throughout. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Brilliant service from Michael. He arrived very quickly and on time to unblock an external drain and explained everything very well and offered great advice in case the problem occurred again. He did the job very quickly and efficiently. By far the best price out there and I would highly recommend if you have any problems.

Would recommend. I called them to look at drainage defect identified in homebuyer survey. Very good comms, came out next day and did drainage survey. Sent invoice at quoted price. Very knowledgeable and provided helpful advice

Cost - Excellent, no hidden charges. Reliability - Excellent always turns up and accommodates panic situations. Workmanship - Excellent, tests everything and goes over with customer to ensure satisfaction. I've used Michael in the past to clear a blocked sewage pipe that couldn't be unblocked using rods due to possible rock or something in there. Michael showed me the blockage on CCTV, used specialist equipment and cleared the blockage.

Today had him round replacing an old broken clay drain waste, found underground in my driveway, which was exposed when digging foundations for a porch, rain water was leaking from it into my foundations. He carefully exposed the broken pipe by breaking away the concrete enough to replace with a new drain & pipe. Tested no more leaks and flow is fantastic. Thank you mate, my porch project is back on track.

Would recommend, very helpful even spoke to Northumbria Water on our behalf to explain to them the issue, which resulted in them calling out. And sorted out the drainage issue.

Very quick response time. Very knowledge at job. Talked me through the issue. Price as agreed. All good.

What a fantastic person Michael is. Turned up on time was very informative about the issue I had and provided recommendations on what to do with out applying any charges. Such a professional and courteous company. Would highly recommend Michael and his business. Would not hesitate in coming back if I ever need to.

Really happy with the service. Both guys who came out to the job were friendly and explained things clearly. Was upfront about the cost of the work and I didn't feel pressured or obligated to go ahead. Neat and tidy in their work. No complaints

I contacted Michael for a second opinion after getting what sounded like a ridiculous quote (280) from another company for a high pressure washout of a blocked pipe (which would not actually have fixed my problem, thus adding further cost to the original price). He came to my place the next day to have a look, talked me through what he thought the problem was and why he felt a high pressure unblock was not appriproprate.

He went through in detail how best to approach the situation with Plan A, Plan B etc, and after starting work, the problem was exactly as he predicted. Work was carried out in a very clean and professional manner, and I got billed exactly what he said it would cost, which was a fraction of what the other company quoted! Cannot recommend this company enough!

Really reccomended this family run company. NO call out charge, fixed my blocked drain quickly with no hassle and their prices are cheaper than the big companies.

Michael is great, not only can he unblock drains he tells you exactly what he is doing and what it will cost. You always feel up to date and he feels like a trustworthy guy.

On time, friendly and did the job required plus a few helpful tips. More helpful than other drainage people by far
