Excellent customer service and communication. One visit had to be cancelled due to the engineer being unwell - I was informed about it straight away and my visit was rebooked without any problems. The lady on the phone was lovely. The engineer very professional, but he also pet my dog and didn't mind my loud cat. All over lovely people and very professional.

Gasking were appointed by our insurer to service our boiler. They made an appointment convenient to us, albeit 8 am to 5 pm means a day at home waiting on arrival of the engineer. I received a text telling me that he was on his way and he arrives shortly afterwards. He was polite, had all that he needed with him and proceeded with the Boiler Service, which took less that 30 minutes and tested everything to ensure it Gas Safe and working efficiently.
I received a copy of the report he made via email on my request. If a I compare this service I had received from other contractors with a previous insurer I would rate his service higher than past visits. I would recommend this Engineer to other users needing servicing or repairs to a boiler.

We have an Ideal boiler that has been broken for a number of months. We have had two previous boiler breakdown engineers visit on a couple of occasions and they didn't have much luck. However the Gasking heating engineer fixed the issue easily first visit. We live in Brentwood but we was told good things by a couple of friends who told us that Gasking cover Brentwwod as well. One had their boiler fixed by Gasking and the other had a new boiler put in by them and both were happy. Gasking now have three very happy customers that I know.

Jamie the Operative who attended was on time and very efficient. I got a call in advance of arrival and he was right on time as estimated. He sorted the problem within minutes and went the extra mile to give useful advice how to work the maze of getting a good affordable boiler replacement when asked. This company comes highly recommended.

Had a problem with my central heating which this company fixed the same day I called! The radiators have never been so warm especially going into winter. Boiler repair in Rush Green. Romford. My Vaillant Ecotect plus 937 had issues with ignition causing boiler to cut out with error code f29. Jim from Gasking was fantastic. He identified my boiler issue was actually a gas supply issue to the address which was also resulting in 9000 units (instead of 250) of carbon monoxide to build up inside the boiler with only a 9 mbar supply of gas. His advice led to Cadent attending over 3 days to relay gas pipes from the road and move my gas meter.
When they were finished Jim was on hand straight away to inspect and repair the boiler now the gas supply to the boiler is right up where it needs to be (15 mbar) and my carbon monoxide levels are down to 75 units. Well chuffed with his work. Very efficient and curteous.

Jamie attempted to repair our boiler, which in the end turned out to be uneconomical. Install of the new boiler was organised and carried out within a couple of days. On each visit I was given a time slot, e-mailed confirmation on the day, from the office, and had a call from the engineer when leaving his previous job. Easy to do but do many others just leave you wondering when or if they will arrive. Adam in the office was organised and helpful. This is a small business on the up
