Couldn't fault the service we received from Custom Movers with our house move. Mitchell and James were great, polite and so helpful. They definitely made the day a lot less stressful. I will be recommending them in the future to anyone who needs a trustworthy removal company.

Mitchell and his team got us out of a hole when let down at last minute with a day to spare. The move for my son went very smoothly, quick and efficient. Highly recommended! They were very professional, arrived a bit late due to traffic, but communicated in advance. Completed the removals without any fuss. Very polite and professional. Got on with the job smoothly. Would recommend to friends and families without any hesitation.

We used Custom Movers to move house from Surrey to Norfolk. Our experience from start to finish was great. Michell at the office provided really good customer service in booking us in and answering all our queries throughout the process. For the actual move day Mitchell, Andy, Lewis and John were friendly, professional and very accommodating. They made light work of awkward and heavy objects like the BBQ in the pic.
We had to move some stuff to a rented home and some to storage and the move was very smooth. We will definitely be using them when we need to move our belongings back out of storage. We highly recommend Custom Movers.

Mitchell and James were absolutely brilliant! They both worked extremely hard, fast and lifted the heaviest possessions we own They didn't waste any time, were pleasant, polite, and had a brilliant attitude. They were both mindful of how they packed the van and fitted everything using up all the space they could. They also covered the mattresses, used their protective floor rugs and wrapped our heavy belongings.
Without their help we wouldn't have been able to do the move on our own. We cannot thank Mitchell and James enough, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!

Mitchell and Robert provided the best moving experience I could have asked for, they were friendly and approachable which made the experience much more relaxing, but very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They arrived bang on time, Mitchell had been great at communicating right up to the date of the move and they made everything go so smoothly on the day. Really professional experience, I would definitely use Custom Movers again.

These guys were amazing - we've never used a removal company before but honestly probably the best money we have spent in a long time. Custom removers moved our house this week and they were brilliant. we have unpacked and not even a mark on furniture or a broken glass! really great service, helpful went above and beyond helping us unload our own lorry which they didnt have too! highly recommend
