Absolutely delighted with the window that I ordered from House of Windows. I looked for a long time online to find a company with good reviews and I can 100% say that all the 5-star reviews on here are spot on.
From the point of ordering to the phone call that I received from the company the following day to check I had everything right was top class.
I expected to have to wait for my order, however, I was kept updated and my window was delivered on the day that I was first told it would be.
The window itself is of a really good quality. The hinges and locks are so much better than the window I have replaced, and the closures are smooth and secure.
I will now be replacing the rest of my windows next year when the weather improves and I will not be looking anywhere else.

I found the website incredibly user-friendly. Despite not having a background in construction, I had no trouble navigating the site and placing an order for the windows I needed (fortunately, they were not complex).
However, when it came time to add a UPVC door, I encountered an error on the website's 'door' page. A quick phone call and an email with a screenshot and my requirements led to a prompt response, and my order was successfully processed.
The delivery time has also been quite impressive. I will certainly return to House of Windows for future purchases.

I've had 3 flush sash windows in smooth grey rather than grained finish. They look truly superb, more like much more expensive aluminium rather than upvc. The company are very easy to deal with and helped with various queries I had. They were able to offer the sizes and configurations in the finish I wanted which no other supplier seemed able to do.
The lead time of about 6 weeks seems about normal for the industry and delivery was on schedule and the driver helpful. The windows come unglazed of course but its easy enough to do.

Having ordered several windows from this company online I didn't know what to expect to be honest, however I have to say their customer service is one that many companies (and not just window companies) can learn from. The windows arrived before due date, the quality of the product, fine and after sales service from Lee, impeccable. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly be placing more orders with them in the future.

We were looking to buy several windows and a bay window for a property refurbishment and were recommended House of Windows by our builder. We emailed our plans to House of Windows and received the quote back just a few hours later and went ahead based on the quick lead time and price. The windows arrived within a few weeks as promised and installed by our builder without any issues. Very happy with the quality and quick service. We'll be back to purchase more windows for our next project.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I originally ordered from elsewhere and was quoted 6-8weeks, after 18 weeks of patiently waiting I cancelled and got my money back, I appreciate there's a pandemic but it was too much. I then rang House of Windows who quoted 3 weeks from ordering. 3 weeks later my door is fitted and is exactly as ordered. Lee is a great salesman and was attentive throughout, appreciate his help from my diagram to get the measurements right. Can't fault this company!

Delivered spot on time, all windows wrapped in cling film and fitted with edge protection to all corners. The windows are well made and the exposed edges are finished with an ovolo bead which sets things off beautifully. Well pleased with the price, quality and finish. Would order again.

I purchased a single window for our property. I was able to specify the dimensions via their website and also choose the models. After placing the order, I called the company to clarify my questions which we answered promptly and eventually, the product arrived on time. Good service and good product.
