Had a suspected case of bed bugs - contacted Tommy over email and an inspection was arranged very quickly. A team of two arrived and immediately identified the problem as carpet beetles, likely having drifted in through the window and taken a liking to our new woollen carpets. Situation was explained very clearly, they were able to complete a course of spray treatment immediately, and we've had no problems since then. An extremely impressive and professional outfit. And very competitively priced too.

Very impressive how they carried out the inspection. I used two other bed bug companies before and none of their technicians was thorough as the Bed Bug Specialist team. Contacted them at 2am and they scheduled an appointment for 3pm same day. People who attended my property were very polite, incredibly thorough with checking the property and pointing out the problematic area's. Treatment began and an hour later they were done, after care instructions were clear and precise. It's only 3 days later so may be too early to say but I haven't seen a single living bed bug! Professional, helpful and incredibly quick. Would use again for any pest issues.

A very efficient company. Two gentlemen came on the day I called them to inspect my home for suspected bed bugs. They searched thoroughly between every surface crack and didn't find any bed bugs. They did not charge me for their service and I was very impressed with their fast and professional manner. We will for sure use them again should the need arise in the future. Thank you!

We had a bedbug problem for a few months and had another company come to deal with it, which didn't fix the problem and the bedbugs were still there. I found the bed bugs in my bedroom a few months ago and I bought a few medicines from the store. No matter how many times I sprayed, they wouldn't go. A friend of mine who had treatment with this company recommended to me to call Tommy. He was very understanding to me and put himself in my shoes. His guys did two sprays and I can see a huge difference in the situation.
Now we are waiting to see if a third one will be needed. If I knew the medicine from the shop would worsen the problem and complicate the killing of these bugs, I would have hired Tommy and his guys before spending my money for garbage medicines. These bugs can make a person go broke. I will be very happy once they are gone for good.

I was very disappointed with the first treatment as I was still getting bitten for a month, but Tommy was very responsive and explained to me that bed bugs are very difficult to exterminate and they need to do a follow up. They came for a second spray and did a discount of the price. This is the third week of the last treatment and so far I don't get bitten.

I had a problem for a few years and tried several other pest control companies but with no permanent result. I called Tommy 2 months ago and he sent two very nice and responsible guys. They were very informative and knowledgeable, paying attention to every detail. So far, I can say with my experience that they are the best from all the other pest controllers I had in my home.
