Marcus first contacted me as I am an aerial fitter losing signal on his home property after talking to him about who did his roof and nine more on the street to find out that it was actually his company that carried out this wonderful work he came to Winsford to take a look at my house gave me a quote which I accepted within a matter of weeks he then scaffolding And his team turned up and from start to finish they were so polite and work so hard I've noticed on other reviews that people say that the team were so professional words cannot describe this I could go on and on but in a nutshell I would definitely 1,000,000% recommend this company thank you again to Marcus and the team

Marcus arrive to give us a free quotation he was very professional and explained thoroughly well then agreed and accepted his quotation and we arrange for the job to be carried out at a further date the scaffold is turned up they were very professional Marcus on the team then arrived from Word go they were excellent No loud music no swearing as some tradesmen do very polite professional they completed my job in excellent timing everywhere was left immaculate every day they happened to find some pointing work on the chimney and carried out the work at no further cost I would really recommend this company to anyone that is reading this review I cannot express how magnificent they all are as a team and a company

Would not hesitate to recommend Upgrade Home Improvements. Marcus and his team were great from start to finish. Obvious from the first time we met Marcus that he was conscientious and confident that he could solve the many problems we'd had with our roof over the years. The work was done quickly, and I have never seen such hard-working lads - they never stopped.
They were polite and kept us up to date with proceedings. We received a detailed quote, and this was the final price we paid; there were no unexpected additional costs. Very pleased with our new roof and we've had lots of compliments from our neighbours!

From first contact Marcus was extremely responsive and professional. It was a big decision to replace the roof but Marcus gave us details of previous customers who we could visit and chat to to help with our decision. Work started on time and took just over two days. I like the way he introduced us personally to the team.at the start of the job. Craig, Liam, Josh and Morgan were brilliant and worked very hard. I have just had a completely new roof and have to say that Marcus and his team delivered what they promised. When I contacted Marcus he arrived 3 hours later and gave me a fixed price for the job before he left. Due to current circumstances the start was delayed by a week, but upon arrival the team completed the whole job in 7 days. The finish is first class and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Upgrade Home Improvements installed an entirely new roof for me when my old Victorian roof was leaking rain water into the bathroom. The 4 guys that carried out the work were an absolute pleasure. A great bunch of guys that all worked extremely hard from beginning to end. All very polite, courteous and professional. The standard of work carried was excellent. They also installed 2 new keylight windows. Highly recommend.

I had a large, new garage roof fitted complete with new fascia's, guttering etc. and the workmen did a good job. They were very professional, helpful and polite. Marcus, the boss, definitely delivered what he promised, I would highly recommend them.

In my profession I am acutely aware of the risk that tradesmen do not always do what they promise- I can safely assure anybody looking at using this firm that they do. Marcus is friendly, professional and takes time to discuss matters with you whenever you need him to- he will ring on a Saturday if you have questions about a job. My roof was replaced, it was a full replacement done in 4 days- it looks incredible and the lads who did the work were polite, obviously experienced, and knew their stuff. This firm is trustworthy and reasonably priced- as the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'.

I tend not to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for Marcus. Marcus came out of his way to inspect the job and he was very honest about the perceived cause of the leak (ingress of water via the coping stones on a flat roof); he advised me on which product to use to fix the problem (and the supplier) and as others have said, he refused any kind of payment for his time and expert advice. Marcus was very polite, prompt and extremely helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Marcus responded quickly to our perceived problem. He inspected our roof and ridge tiles and our attic condition. He could detect no major problems and suggested that the small leak may have been a one-off event caused by the the extraordinary storm of a few nights ago and also filled a small step flash hole with silicone filler. Marcus and his team did roof line work and roof retiling at our Home in Crewe. From the quote to finish very professional and polite. The roof looks great. They cleaned up each day and even the rain did not stop them. We also had two chimneys removed by them. We would not hesitate to recommend Upgrade Home Improvements to anyone.

I needed to complete roofline renewals and chimney stack re-pointing works. I rang Marcus and he was around the following evening to look at the works. I agreed a reasonable price with Marcus and the works were booked in. Despite the wet weather Marcus's team managed to complete the works promptly to a very good standard. The team were polite, hard-working and cleaned up the site after themselves. The final cost of the works matched the agreed quote. I'm very happy with the end product as are my neighbours who have booked Marcus to replace their roofline.

A year ago Marcus and his team undertook a full replacement of fascia sofits and gutters on my property. Work was carried out on time to a very high standard. This week I needed a small repair which I thought was a problem with the gutter. I phoned Marcus and he arranged for his team to come round that very same day which I thought was very impressive.
It turned out that the gutter was fine and it was in fact a loose tile which they repaired free of charge. I would highly recommend this company, they are very professional, efficient with very polite staff and most importantly offer an excellent customer after care service Mrs Murray of St Helens

Called at 8am on a Saturday morning with a leaky garage roof, Markus was at my door within 30mins offering professional honest advice, decision was made to replace the roof and within 2 working days the whole roof was replaced to a fantastic standard at a very reasonable price, really great job done by his professional team. Have since decided to have guttering and facia work done by him and his team on the strength of his previous work. Companies like his are few and far between these days good old fashioned service at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

Know this company for a while. The owner and manager is very professional. The installation teams working for the company are equally as professional and are equipped with all the latest cutting edge access equipment for a safe job. The materials used are of a very high grade and carry all necessary BS (British standard) marking etc.

5 Star service, from a very professional, very hard working bunch of gents. When I was quoted for this job by this company I was impressed about everything Marcus told me. Sometimes you think to yourself have I made the right choice. In this case the work took less than two days. The clean up was incredible, you only knew they had been there when you looked up and saw the quality and standard of their workmanship.

I called upgrade after I herd there AD on the local radio. Marcus come on time and was very professional he found my problems within 25mins of arrival witch 2 other roofing company couldn't find. We agreed on a price to do all the work and he book me in. Marcus and he's team was at my house for 8:45am and they crack on all day. Im not a man of many words, however i will like to say this few words. I recently bought my first home and i'v had to completly overhaul the property which involved re-roofing my house. I found upgrade home improvement through Google search engine and i got to meet Marcos, from the point of contact i felt he was a good man, he gave me a quote for re-roofing my house and explained the process and what will be done and gave me dates.
If memory serves me well, i had a brand new roof with gutter and facios and my chimney stack done for the amount he quoted and the time scale he mention. All through my dealing with Marcos, i did not encounter any problems with him as a person or with his job. I believe this man is a honest person and he know his stuff, an absolute gentle and professional man. I will recomend him and his firm to anyone who needs a roof done with nothing to worry about.
