Professional, skilled, great communication from the on-site team - honestly, the best workmen I've ever had. They left the place tidy and neat. Thanks guys! They did a great job on a dreary, winter's day with a smile. I love the new porch, which was a decent price. Honestly though, the sales guy Tom and the crew of Cal, Jake and Aaron were great. After having had a bad experience before with a different company, I'll be using Phair Windows to replace my windows in the near future as well.

Having the whole house done, windows are doors. we wanted to make sure we used the right company. Amazing from day dot. Sales team, lovely and helpful in all aspects, e.g design, financial ect. Fitters were a lovely group of respectful lads, job was completed in a organised way, super quickly but you could tell each lad cared about every window/door they were fitting! Will definitely recommend and use again.

2022: following my previous experience I had Phair back to replace my front door and once again they didn't disappoint! They fitted me a gorgeous red front door and kindly also put my ring doorbell up. The guys are so friendly, will have them back for future work again! 2021: I used Phair Windows to replace a condensed window in my bedroom. They were prompt and professional in the quote, telling me that I didnt need some work doing which I thought might need doing.
They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The price was competitive and on the day of fitting the team were great. They even fixed my sticky back door whilst having a brief break - thanks so much! Would definitely recommend.

We had a front door that was sticking badly. We called them, came out at the agreed time, sprayed the silicone, all sorted. Efficient friendly service, would recommend.

Love love this company. The guy who turned up to quote gave me a no nonsense competitive quote. He was friendly and helpful and put covers on his shoes when entering. Fast forward 1 week. He was prompt, quick and efficient on the installation. Will be rebooking him soon to do another window and will happily recommend.

Had Glass And Lock give me a quote for replacing some misted double glazing, window handles and to repair the locks on a couple of windows that would not open. They gave me the best price out of those contacted and completed the job quickly, no fuss and no mess. All in all 5 stars
