The team were extremely prompt in responding to my initial enquiry regarding the cleaning of a vintage armchair. All questions were carefully answered and a home visit was booked in at a time and date which best suited me. The technician who visited, Ivo, did an amazing job on the armchair. He explained the process and was super polite and professional. I'll definitely be using Prolux again!

These guys are genuinely really good! For a start amazing comms with me but also very good service, super professional technician arrived on time and emptied the dirty water outside and not in my sink! I'd recently used Prolux to clean the boot of my car after having a spillage - the service I received was exceptional, was called the day before to remind me of the appointment, then again on the day with an ETA. The person who attended arrived on time and was very thorough in the cleaning and kept me informed of the different steps and processes he was taking to restore the car boot. Would 100% recommend and use them again for any steam cleaning! Sorry for the late review!

My car had severe mold on all the seats and all over the car. ProLux provided an excellent service, I was warned the mold might have caused eroding of the car seat material however the results were outstanding. Quick, efficient, great communication, great value, would definitely recommend :

I had a 3 seater couch, rug and small chair cleaned today by Mario. He did a really thorough and super professional job. Much more effective at getting the stains out than the previous companies I have used. Thoroughly recommend Mario and the team.
