The team were extremely prompt in responding to my initial enquiry regarding the cleaning of a vintage armchair. All questions were carefully answered and a home visit was booked in at a time and date which best suited me. The technician who visited, Ivo, did an amazing job on the armchair. He explained the process and was super polite and professional. I'll definitely be using Prolux again!

These guys are genuinely really good! For a start amazing comms with me but also very good service, super professional technician arrived on time and emptied the dirty water outside and not in my sink! Really good job and I thought excellent value for money. Love the way they run their business encouraging referrals and reviews - benefits everyone and you can see they take what they do seriously.

The customer service is great and the cleaner was amazing too. He was very transparent on what could be clean and what would likely still leave a mark. He managed to take all stains out of my couch and the carpets look new. Booking and paying was very easy. Very good and quick service overall.

The man who came to clean my mattress did and incredible job. We thought our mattress could never get back to being as clean as it was, and we were contemplating getting a new one. Following the clean the mattress looked so good, tough stains removed. Quick service and polite. Great and clear communication and really fair prices. Highly recommend!

I'd recently used Prolux to clean the boot of my car after having a spillage - the service I received was exceptional, was called the day before to remind me of the appointment, then again on the day with an ETA. The person who attended arrived on time and was very thorough in the cleaning and kept me informed of the different steps and processes he was taking to restore the car boot. Would 100% recommend and use them again for any steam cleaning! Sorry for the late review!

Had my car interior cleaned. Friendly and accommodating considering I called and changed the booking several times. Cleaner was very friendly and professional and arrived within the timeslot and did a great job. Car smells great and looks super squeaky clean. I'll be following up with the drying advice to get the seats dry. They are damp and not soaking wet so feel the job was done very well. Will edit this if I have any issues after the drying but so far very happy!
