I required assistance for my elderly grandmother in repairing her radiators. A friend recommended Energize, and they promptly came to fix the issue. Cannot be more satisfied with the assistance Neil, Campbell and Ross have provided. From contacting them, to getting a survey of my electrical system and arranging a time for re-wiring the property all took under two weeks. The contact with them has been of a high standard, with the guys being courteous and professional in all aspect of the work / quotes given to me.
Nothing was a problem even when I had to change one of the appointment times at extremely short notice - nice to get to speak to a person who can understand your problems and help out. Will keep this company in my e-mail contacts for future electrical work.

We had a water damaged ceiling in a utility room which we thought was caused by the MEV extraction unit. Campbell arranged for the joiner Bryan and his team to cut out a portion of the ceiling to assess where water damage was coming from. Bryan did a brilliant job, very clean and tidy opening the ceiling. It turned out the damage was coming from a different source which had now dried. Campbell asked if we still wanted to replace the noisy MEV unit as it was not causing the issue.
We advised we wanted it replaced and Campbell sourced and fitted a new unit. It was a very tricky job as the space between the joists was very limited but the new unit was fitted and works perfectly(so quiet we do not know it is on.) Bryan and Bob then returned and fitted a new removable opening with which we are delighted. Overall great communication between the client, the electrician and the joiner and you are left with a very happy customer.

Would highly recommend Energize Electrical. They installed an EV charger in my garage. Organised by Neil who was very patient, accommodating and helpful given I needed to delay the installation date. And the quote for the service provided was good value. Installation carried out by Ross and Campbell who were very efficient, tidy and pleasant - thanks again gents.

Excellent service and communication throughout from Energize Electrical. They will insist on coming out to assess the job prior to booking in a date for the work to be carried out, which shows they are busy and don't cut corners by just turning up, without a prior assessment, and bodging the job up unlike a previous electrician who did a terrible job and which Energize had to rectify the mistakes the electrician made. Ross and Jordan were clean, tidy, quick and professional when installing a kitchen cooker hood and extracting it to the outside of the building and Neil the Boss is great at communicating throughout every aspect of the job and goes out of his way to makes sure everything is correct and in order.couldn't ask for more! Very happy with the work and will definitely use Energize in the future!

Neil and his team did a great job when we engaged with Energize Electrical to install our EV charger. There was complexity with the job as the house was on a looped network and Neil provided great advice about how to ensure we could move things forward with SPN. Neil's communication and follow up was spot on. Campbell, Jordan and Ross carried out the work to a very high standard, neat, tidy and with minimal fuss, a great service. Highly recommend.

Energize Electrical installed my EV charger a couple of months ago and when it stopped working after a recent power cut, they were quick to answer my messaging offering support. I chatted with Neil who made himself available on a Sunday about what had happened and what I had tried to make it work, with no luck. Neil offered to send Campbell round the next day.
Although everything up until the charger was fully functioning, it wasn't until Campbell took the cover off that the charger decided to work. Campbell was on the phone to the Tech Support at that point seeking advice. Turns out the charger had a bit of a wobble, as it had been working perfectly until that point. Neil called not long after to check on how things were.
I'm always impressed with the care and time Neil and colleagues spend making sure they do a good job and their customer is satisfied, complete professionals from start to finish. They fully justify the 5 star ratings.

The team at Energize Electrical installed my Tesla Wall Connector. Neil McLean was extremely responsive, great to communicate with and is very organised. The online questionnaire that I had to complete was relatively straightforward and Neil was able to help with this. I ordered the wall connector myself and Neil first arranged a survey and quote and the team who installed were very efficient, professional and did a tidy job which I am very happy with. The service from start to finish was excellent. From initial contact and advice provided, the team were extremely professional and informative. Neil provided regular updated throughout and was always very helpful. The installation visits were no hassle at all for us, both Campbell and Ross were friendly and knowledgeable. There was a fair bit of awkward cabling work and they completed it with minimal impact on us while working from home. They were extremely neat, ensure everything was clean and tidy before they left. Great service from Neil and the team at Energize. They've now carried out two jobs for me, an inspection following some issues with faulty sockets and replacing my old fuse board. Jordan and Ross who carried out the job turned up when they said they would and were quick and happy to respond when I requested a small change. As someone who deals with contractors from various professions on a regular basis, I can confidently and happily recommend Neil and the rest of the team at Energize, both for the quality of work and the very reasonable pricing.

Neal at Energize provided excellent insight into the range of EV charger products currently on the market and points to consider for an installation. Following a detailed site survey a fair price was agreed and the work was then completed to a high standard and on time by Campbell - who was also very helpful in installing an exterior light at relatively late notice. It was a pleasure to deal with both Neal and Campbell and I had a very enjoyable customer experience.

Energize Electrical recently installed an EV charger point for me and were thoroughly professional from start to finish. At the outset, it was clear that Neil was well versed in the installation process and guided me through all of the steps required, including suggesting a number of different chargers. I then had an initial site inspection by Campbell, who then installed the charger two weeks later. The whole job took about 3 or 4 hours and was completed to a highly professional standard. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.
