Estate agents often get a bad press, and in my experience, it is often deserved, however since using Christopher Hodgsons I have been pleased to find an estate agent that values the seller as much as the buyer. I would thoroughly recommend the services of Christopher Hodgsons Estate agents, they are polite, professional and very reasonable people.
I will not bore people with my specific sale, which went extremely well, but just say this do yourself a favour and when it is time for you to move, make them your first call, even your only call, I cannot say more than that.

Christopher Hodgson have been fantastic in dealing with the sale of my property. Particularly Jacqui, who dealt with the progression of the sale, which wasn't the easiest at times. Jacqui went above and beyond in making it happen, offering first class customer service alongside remaining a high level of professionalism at all times. I can't recommend them highly enough. 5*!

Every one at CH was polite and professional and every one in the office were able to keep track of my sale and update me as required I have used other agents in Whitstable in the past but CH have raised the bar and i would use them again

I cannot recommend this estate agent enough. I found them to be ethical and honest, which is a rare quality I think. The staff are patient and helpful even when I have been anxious and worried. The make the process of buying much easier and they have the patience to respond to all queries.

They really leave the rest of the agents in the area in their wake - they are head and shoulders above all of them. Even if there are hiccups, they are quickly and professionally dealt with. Simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with! Technically they weren't even my agents, (dealing with my purchase), but they worked tirelessly making contact with every aspect of the chain from top to bottom. Cuneyt and Jackie were consummate professionals, enthusiastic, personable and above all excellent at returning calls and very prompt at answering queries.
My purchase incorporated a complicated chain and the successful completion was due in no small part to their efforts. If only all estate agents could be this efficient and professional!

Recently bought a property through Christopher Hodgson which turned into an incredibly problematic few months due to some issues at the bottom of the chain. Jacquie and all the team at Christopher Hodgson worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain did not fall apart and that everyone was kept up to date and in the loop. We really could not have asked for any better from an estate agent when buying a property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our journey with Christopher Hodgson began 3 years ago when we rented my mother's property in Blean when unfortunately she had to move to a care home closer to her family, that relationship with the company has continued ever since. The team responsible for managing the rental have been marvellous, Olivia Powell, Alice Link, Sally Mumford and Iryna Mamrych all delivering a first class professional service throughout the tenancy.
We recently decided to market the property for sale and it didn't need a great deal of deliberating to decide that Christopher Hodgson's should again be act as our agent. The team on this side of business were tremendously supportive, Tom Davies, Jacqueline Bell and Charlie Mansell all adding to the already gold star service. A special mention though, Jacqueline - Your approach and attention to detail has enabled us to travel this journey from beginning to end with ease, particularly when the situation changed from one day to the next when you removed us from the problems and handled them on our behalf Last but not least, Will Roalfe who heads the team; In business there is the subject titled "LEAN".
