Rob was incredibly generous with his time on the phone explaining patiently everything I wanted to know. He arrived for our appointment on time, having sent a confirmation text earlier in the day. He. was very presentable and professional looking and came in with all his kit after having laid down protection around our fireplace. He carried out the sweep proficiently and explained what he was doing each step of the process and left the fireplace in immaculate condition. An excellent service by a chap who clearly takes great pride in his work and is keen to make sure he leaves his customers very happy. Also great value IMO.

This is the first time I have used The Purple Sweep so I was very pleasantly surprised when Rob arrived on time, he was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It didn't take him long to clean our chimney - we live in a bungalow with a wood burner in Keymer - and I found him to be thorough and tidy. He issued a certificate for the work done and I would be pleased to recommend Rob. Many thanks.

Rob came to do a chimney sweep for me to prepare for winter. He was excellent. Arrived promptly, explained clearly what he was going to do and then setup coverings etc to ensure no mess or dust.
