Really pleased with the job done by All Carpet Cleaning. An old, stained and very dirty carpet has come out looking much cleaner and brighter! Armand, who came to do the clean, was lovely, polite and tidy. Communication with Mark beforehand was good and the price reflected the very good quality of the clean. I'd recommend and will definitely use again.

Miraculous transformation! I really thought I would have to replace all the carpets in my rental property at enormous expense. Mark made them look like new, and was incredibly communicative throughout the process, which was particularly re-assuring as I wasn't in the country when arranging access. He was also very accommodating when I was let down by the tenants and needed to re-arrange his visit. I am delighted with the results and plan to get Mark back to clean the mattresses as well.

After an alarming paint spillage on the living room carpet I called every number I could find for a carpet cleaning specialist. At 4pm on a murky, wet afternoon naturally not many people would be interested in an emergency call out. Mark, however, called me back, even though in my haste I hadn't even left a message, and immediately said he'd see what he could arrange.
Five minutes later he messaged to say someone would come in the next 30 mins. Armand duly arrived, set up swiftly and with great care, and dealt with the paint stain until every semblance had vanished. Thank you!

These guys were amazing! Phoned up Saturday afternoon and at 8.30 on Sunday they came to clean a patch of carpet that had been water damaged but whilst they were there also spruced up the rest of the carpet in the room too!
