Not usually one for writing reviews ultimately because I'm lazy, but this man deserves one. Phoned him in the evening at 1745 as tenant had an issue with door lock and couldn't lock the door. Door handle replaced and all working within 90 minutes. Exceptional service.

Wish I'd known about Black Country Locksmiths years ago. Came as arranged. Fit four 3 star locks as an interim measure while new stock in silver to match door handles were ordered so as to give me peace of mind. Came back to fit the ordered locks a week after and didn't ask for payment until the job was complete. First class service for a fair and reasonable price. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Called as I'd locked myself out, arrived within 20 minutes and the issue was sorted very swiftly - the issue was with me not the lock and I couldn't have been more embarrassed however the chap (sorry I didn't get a name) couldn't have been nicer about it. I had been putting off having a new lock on my front door for months until finally I had no choice. Looked for a locksmith in my area and was immediately attracted by Chris's 150 5 star ratings. Called him and within a couple of hours he was over to look at the job. We agreed what needed to be done. He had to chase parts but kept me informed. As soon as they arrived he came over to do the work. Minimum of fuss but on time each visit. Costs more than reasonable. Got locked out of my house with key in lock on the inside. Left a text-as it was not urgent, got back to me and arranged to fix the lock for 70. Turned up in super quick time, spent about 20 patient mins until he released it. Really polite on what was a very hot day. Would recommend absolutely. Fantastic.

Got locked in as mechanism broke on front door so contacted a few locksmiths in which all were saying between 1 to 2 hours which i thought was quick then contacted Chris in which did he not only come in 20mins but gave me a price which beat all other quotes i was getting and he gave me 12 months warranty cant really ask for much more as i was really stressed about getting locked in and Chris assured me all would be ok. so friendly reliable good value for money i say 10 out of 10.
