EA Mobility, Kings Lynn from start to finish have been brilliant. My elderly mother has had a new, walkin shower, vanity unity and a higher toilet put in her bathroom along with nonslip flooring. Justin was brilliant in handling the initial start to the project and Richard who came in to fit everything was exceptional. He explained everything that he was doing and had done each day he was with my mother. Richard was thoughtful, a tidy worker and was happy to explain things to mum as he went along. He was prepared to go the extra mile to make sure mums bathroom was perfect. I would recommend EA Mobility to all elderly people who need to make their life easier within their own homes.

Ea mobility, kings Lynn, adapted bathroom into wet room
They were very professional from first telephone call to the finished installation, they were prompt, very friendly, provided daily update on progress, did have a few challenges that were easily sorted out. We had to have bathroom turned into we room due to mobility issues, it has made such a massive difference am so pleased it has made things so much easier. Would highly recommend Ea mobility

Replacing a bath with a shower for someone with limited mobility. very helpful advice on choosing the right equipment to replace the bath. Top class workmanship to replace 50 year old bath and fittings with a suitable modern shower unit. Highly recommended

Kevin Carvell and his team have delivered first class service, no query a problem, ability to resolve any issues efficiently and swiftly again first class. Both Rob Budd and Kevin made themselves accessible throughout. The importance of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience is a high priority. Our family and our parents are very satisfied with the finished result.
This has been a two fold positive for our parents. It has improved their safety and confidence but has also greatly improved their quality of life with a multitude of ongoing longterm health conditions. To be sure our expectations were met Kevin and Rob worked with us every step. Our parents are very, very happy with the end product.
