Absolutely a 5 star service from start to finish, Andy& Ian arrived bang on time for our removal, so professional and polite.

We received exceptional service throughout the entire process. Using Nicemove for our relocation from Manchester to London was a great decision. Tracy, Earl, and Nathan provided outstanding assistance. We would definitely choose Nicemove again for our next move!

Nice Move have just moved us from Chorlton to Lymm and the whole experience was professional, efficient and very friendly. Tracy helped us to plan the move with clear guidance and expert advice. Thank you to Jason and Jordan who made the actual removal day a calm and very pleasant experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very professional and careful with our home contents. We would highly recommend Nice Move to anyone needing a removal service.

Can't recommend these guys enough, the initial consultation was a really easy process and Tracy was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The team on the move day were really professional and had everything packed up so safely and nothing was too much trouble for them, they were really conscientious in our new house not to damage walls/carpets which was appreciated! Definite 5* star service!

Absolutely fantastic guys (Earl, Ian and Andy) who helped us with everything (we had a ton of things to move!). They just didn't stop and they are a brilliant team. Everything was packed and transported carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We are so thankful for all of their help and would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommended. All questions answered. We were treated with respect and the removals guys were immense. Competitive price too.

Nicemove were recommend to us by a colleague of mine. They helped us move our heavy pieces of furniture out of a second floor flat and in to our new house. From the moment I contacted them, Tracey was so friendly. We had a Zoom meeting to discuss and show the items we wanted moving on the day. On the moving day, the two guys arrived early and were able to get everything in to the van quickly without anything being damaged or any fuss with all of the stairs.

They unloaded everything at the new house just as fast and made sure they took care of the house, such as taking of their shoes as the carpets were new. We were really happy with the Nicemove and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. We will use them again if we ever move again (hopefully not). They were very competitive on the pricing as well.

We used Nicemove to take us from Manchester to Lytham, fantastic service from all Tracy looked after us with quotes and booking and Jordan and Jason who moved us did a great job especially as we were late getting keys to our house, thanks to all concerned, would 100% recommend them all

We cannot recommend Nicemove more highly! This was our second move with Nicemove and we wouldn't use anyone else. From gaining information about moving from Tracy to the pre load of our items through to completing and moving into our new home the process was seamless. Tracy is just wonderful and makes you feel cared for. Tracy is with you every step of the way. The two gentleman who moved us Ian and Earl were just fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they made our living day stress free and fun. They worked incredible hard. We will continue to recommend Nicemove to family & friends and if we ever move again we wouldn't hesitate but to use Nicemove again! Thank you!

Everything went seamlessly from arranging it with Tracy to Earl and his colleague from Wigan arriving promptly, demonstrating friendliness and professionalism. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of a smooth moving experience. Thank you!

We used Nicemove for a difficult move from Timperley to Northumberland. They were fantastic from start to finish. Tracy coordinated our move and was brilliant, professional and kept us up to date and gave us a good price. Jordan and his team were very professional and worked very hard in the snow and ice to get us in our remote cottage on the Friday night. They really grafted in the conditions and just got on with it.

Nothing was too much. They left at 11.30pm on the Friday night totally committed to getting the job done. Tracey, Jordan and the guys are a real credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Nice move. Great company. Thankyou so much. Trish and Andy.

We selected Nicemove for our move from Buckinghamshire to Lancashire following recommendation and we were not disappointed. From beginning to the end the service, care and attention was exceptional. This was a 3 day move and involved different crew members, all of them were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Do not hesitate in using them!

This is the fourth or fifth time I've used Nicemove and they were brilliant as always. It was a complicated move - out of one place, into storage for a few days, back out of storage with additional long-term stored stuff, moved into a property with difficult access and lots of stairs! Earl, Andy and the guys handled everything with professionalism and cheerful efficiency. Tracy and Saj in the office were also superb. Last minute requests were dealt with wonderfully. Nicemove take away a lot of the stress and anxiety associated with moving - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My partner and I hired nicemove for our first time using a removals service, and it was well worth every penny. The staff are so friendly and professional and made moving house a dream. We would absolutely hire them again. Positive Professionalism. More

Tracy & the team were clear, professional and communicative. Our possessions, including many plant containers, were handled speedily and carefully. Almost no breakages (which could have been our own packaging skills). The whole team had a can-do attitude rarely found these days. Would recommend to my own mother. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value. More

Having moved quite a few times over the years, I have to say that my experience with Nicemove has to have been the best. They offer a professional service, are very accommodating and did exactly what they said they were going to do; something that is rare with service providers these days. A special shout out to Tracy, who made a stressful period easier to manage. Also Layton and Jordan B, who were powerhouses and got me packed and moved in the allotted time. I would highly recommend these guys and they will definitely be my go-to movers from now on. Many thanks to the team!

We used NiceMove in November 2022 for our move out of Manchester City Centre. The movers (Jordan, Ryan, Mike and Earl) were really efficient and friendly and made sure the whole experience wasn't stressful. That was massively appreciated as i'm 8 months pregnant and was nervous about getting the move done! Would highly recommend them and use them again.

The Nice Move Team are the most efficient, caring and professional Team in the removals business. Tracy, Jordan and Ryan could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way at every turn to ensure that the removals ran smoothly and were remarkably stress-free. They were a joy to work with and I would unreservedly recommend their services!

I am not surprised that Nice Move receive so many five star reviews and I have no hesitation in joining them. The service they provided was excellent from start to finish. As mentioned by others, from her first visit Tracy was so helpful and friendly and gave me confidence that this move, which I had been dreading, could be accomplished without hassle. Andy & Mike, who did the packing up, were superb and dealt with everything (including a few books!) with great skill and professionalism.

And we still had time for a few laughs and cups of coffee. At the other end, the unloading by Ian, Earl, Jamie and Zak went equally well. I am full of admiration for the amount of sheer hard work they all put in, moving large items of furniture (including a piano) and numerous heavy boxes with such skill. Thank you all for making my life so much easier at a difficult time.

I can't rate Nice Move highly enough. They have dealt with several local, national and international moves for me. The most recent was complex and (for me) very emotional and the team was amazing from packing everything with care to moving and storing. Nice Move also arranged a superb cleaning team which did an absolutely marvellous job in the house. Huge thanks to Jordan, Ryan, Andy, Earl and Aaron for their expertise.
