Fantastic response from the service. With twenty minutes to go till I went away for some time, I realized a black out had stopped our cameras from working. Do didn't think anything about it at the time and as power was restored I just thought I'd unplug things before leaving. Prime responded quickly and got the cameras up and running just as the taxi arrived! Another great service. Phew.

Darragh successfully sorted an IT problem I had with our new camera, he explained what the problem was & he also went above & beyond by adding your app to my laptop too so I could access my cameras whilst working away from home. This company have fitted 3 excellent CCTV cameras to my private property and I would recommend them to you too!

Prime Security, a company providing security systems to Business and the Private sector, with CCTV systems etc, we as homeowners have been their clients since 2016, where customer service and support is their priority in providing an excellent service to us over the years. However that service I am more than happy to promote to EXCEPTIONAL, based on a few individuals most recently. First and foremost a SPECIAL mention to Callum, who it has to be said, is the primary reason for the wording 'exceptional'.
His phone manor and his obvious 100% commitment to customer service & satisfaction is beyond reproach, always readily available to resolve any issues we the customer have, how quick he was to call back today following some minor issues with the recent upgrade yesterday, a remarkable young man, who deserves every accolade from management for his efforts. Mention also to Nigel, he again is always quick to respond to any issues.

Darragh was excellent and solved the problem with what I thought was an app issue. I was completely wrong. He thoroughly investigated the problem using shared access via my phone and, as we were about to go away for a few days, he priority shipped the replacement component to me. All fixed. Recently used Prime Security for installation of a 3 way intercom for an apartment building. Very professional and friendly guys, pricing was better than expected. The video intercom itself is really modern, easy to use and instructions were clear from the team upon installation - Love the fact it can call our mobile phones so we can accept deliveries whilst out and about. All round great customer service, great product and would highly recommend!

Spent two days trying to connect my security system to the newly installed wi-fi network. Prime Security responded to my plea for help almost immediately. Technician Darragh called within minutes and talked me through the process and I was up and running in very short order. Ten out of ten for speed and service.

Prime Security sold us our CCTV system a little over a year ago and were reliable and professional throughout. As part of the original installation, I recall they revisited a couple of times to resolve some minor issues (wrong box, needed to change one camera). Recently, I hit an issue which was quickly diagnosed as due to the power supply. An engineer came out and fixed the problem within an hour and made sure I was happy and up and running before he left. Through all these interactions, I get the feeling customer satisfaction is genuinely important to them. That's why they'll stay as my go-to firm for home security.
