Over the last 4 years we have slowly replaced our 150yr old Rectory windows. Timberglaze were the only company who would quote for a bit at a time job (as and when we could afford it). Their replacement sash windows are beautiful. The guys who came out were always polite and professional and if ever we had a problem (some faulty glass in one window) they came and sorted it straight away. I cant recommend them highly enough, I am very happy we are now double glazed throughout, but I would definitely use Timberglaze again if we ever moved.

I have placed two separate orders with Timberglaze over the last few years for some tricky glazed doors and a sash window, all with ultra-thin vacuum glazing for listed property. The windows and doors are fantastic, and what's more they have done a great job of fitting them into existing frames that are twisted a lot in every dimension. Nothing too much trouble, everything finished beautifully, old hinge cutouts filled, onsite adjustments painted, everything left tidy. You get what you pay for.

Really pleased with the two sash windows installed in our Victorian semi in a Conservation Area. Can't believe the difference in noise level from our old single glazed windows! Jay and Naill turned up on time, did a great job and cleared up afterwards. So glad we went with Timberglaze.

We have had our 6 front plastic UPVC windows and front door replaced in wood leaving 6 sach windows and a incredibly solid and front door by Timberglaze. The workmanship and products were/are top notch. Jay was so skilled and Pete is experienced in making sure the products are perfect for the customer. No salemanship just great advice. The change in the house is the talk of the village buy with complete confidence.

I was extremely pleased with my new timber windows. Pete and his team were extremely efficient from start to finish. The two two fitters Jay and Nile were an absolute credit to the company. Not only did they work very long hours to complete the job but always left everything in an immaculate condition at the end of each day. I specifically wanted my original stained glass top panels to be inserted in to the new windows and this was achieved and looks fantastic. I also found them very competitive price wise and would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Timberglaze replaced a large and unusually shaped front door with a bespoke one in accoya, its a beautiful piece of work and were very pleased. Also, they replaced rotten former windows and carried out extensive renovation of other sash windows, all done to a very high standard. Pete Bale was meticulous in his measurements, and was always available for discussion. Niall, Jay and Alfie were a pleasure to have around and worked really hard, tidying up at the end of each day. Cannot recommend Timberglaze highly enough.

Excellent windows, faithfully reproduced to the original specification. Finished to a high standard and looking very good indeed. Very attentive and friendly service throughout. Installation completed with great care and courtesy. The pricing is very competitive. Having explored possibilities with other companies (generally more commercial in their approach and more expensive) it was wholly refreshing to deal with Timberglaze and receive good advice and very reasonable, transparent pricing. These good early impressions were sustained throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Very high quality of work, with a great end result. The team doing the work were courteous and very respectful of the property and they cleaned up as they worked on each of the five large sash windows. We are very happy with the end result - the windows look fantastic, they look exactly like the original windows and work beautifully. Timberglaze work to a very high quality standard and the end result is brilliant. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were impressed with the quality and detail of the quote and, although the most expensive of the 3 we sought, we felt the service offered and the quality of the product were worth the extra and decided to go with Timberglaze. Sadly several delays followed partly due to the impact of Covid on both supply delivery then installation meaning that we waited 8 months from commissioning to installation.
However once the Team arrived on site they did a superb job. Rob Pete and Niall worked incredibly hard and efficiently and were courteous and pleasant throughout. This was a challenging contract, given the unusual shape of the main windows, but they look great, the finish looks excellent and we look forward to testing out the efficiency in the coming winter. Thanks to all for a great job.
