I'd like to thank DIR for their good will gesture in supplying a salon bed motor for free. As there was a slight delay in the response time. Not a great problem.

Great experience. I was hesitant after seeing the reviews on Google. I visited the store to assess which items I wanted. Adam from the sales department was professional, honest and let me take my time in the warehouse to pick the items I wanted. I picked them up from Birmingham today, all staff members were very accommodating, Adam again looked after us and himself and the team answered all my questions and helped to load everything into my van.
Extremely happy with the quality and price. Thank you to the whole team for being professional and helping and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Also, I worked in a salon with items from this store 6+ years old and they all still worked brilliantly, plus they do replacement parts if and when you need them! Thanks guys

Had a great experience when enquiring about 4 new barber chairs. Was worried about them arriving too soon as Im refurbishing my shop during a specific week. The guy was really helpful and sorted out a pre order invoice for me and took care of it all. Very friendly on the chat and put my mind at ease.

For our salon and spare room, we were seeking for stylish and sturdy furniture. We looked everywhere, including big-box retailers and online. Because you spend a lot of money yet can't customize anything, none of them worked for us. We quickly learned about Dir Salon Furniture.
