Excellent service from Rob, Shane and the team. Replaced the rotten and damaged wooden balcony on our Edwardian property, as well as repairing and insulating 3 sash windows. All work carried out to a very high standard. Great communication through the project. I would highly recommend.

Ryan came to fix our broken sash window, he was excellent. He was efficient, polite and did a great job on the broken window, and also managed to open another window that had become wedged shut over winter! We will definitely use Traditional Carpentry again.

Rob of Traditional Carpentry was very professional in all my dealings with him. He understood the difficulty of organising replacement windows for a flat from overseas and liaised with scaffolder, management and tenants in the flat. Really good repair job done. The guys were really friendly and exceptionally polite. Really cracked on with it but also happy to have a quick chat while they worked. Work to my untrained eye looks great and will definitely use them again for any future projects.

Traditional Carpentry Ltd proved to be a great choice of company to replace our UPVC windows with timber sash windows.
From initial consultation and planning, through to project sign off, the communication with Robert and Ryan was excellent (both via email and by phone) and they made sure we were kept informed about the relevant timescales and project plan.
We are very pleased with our new windows. Not only do they look great, but they make a massive difference to the amount of light entering the rooms, particularly with the reinstatement of the swept heads. Traditional Carpentry Ltd were also very competitive in terms of price.
The installation itself went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to have such a professional and hard working team in the house. At the end of each day, Robert did a walk through with me to explain progress and next steps, which was very reassuring.
We would have no hesitation in using Traditional Carpentry Ltd again.

Robert and his team are a great company to work with. Their workmanship is excellent and they are really nice bunch to have in your home. The refurbishment and draught proofing of my original wooden sash windows has made a real difference in the warmth of my rooms and the new wooden windows that they made me are perfect. From the initial survey to the manufacture and completion of installation of 6 windows, Robert and his team were excellent!!!! There was consistent communication and updates so that we were able to plan accordingly. The work on site was completed with no fuss and incredible professionalism. Windows are solid and secure. So very pleased with our new look. Would highly recommend!!!

The work was carried out to a very high standard and done so quickly despite awful weather conditions. The guys were so nice and wore masks the whole time to ensure they were Covid safe. Really happy and will certainly use them again.
