Our Burglar alarm battery died and I called Dom. He attended the same day and serviced the alarm as well as fitting a new battery.
I found Dom to be extremely professional and patient. He explained to me how the alarm worked and sent me a user guide upon my request.

I was very pleased with Dom's work carried out on our home intruder alarm system which had been playing up and where my previous provider couldn't cure the problem and it was all sorted and dusted within an hour. I phoned Dom as our alarm system needed a replacement backup battery. He responded quickly and arranged a visit that suited us. He completed the work efficiently and answered all our questions regarding the system, including some options, one of which was replacement external boxes, which, again, he completed very efficiently. Very pleased with the service and his quotes were very clear.
