We're happy to give The Pied Piper Pest Control Company 5 stars for their excellent mice control at our home. They were always on time and very professional. The team did a great job and made the whole process stress-free. We recommend them to anyone who needs reliable pest control. Thanks, Pied Piper Pest Control!

The Pied Piper are an amazing company, great advice from the owner Tony and is always willing to help. Used them several times and they are always fair with the prices.

Hired these guys to get rid of a mice infestation. Stopped seeing mice very soon. Thank you for your effective, friendly and professional service!

we were desparate to get rid of a family of squirels who had burrowed a hole into first floor roof and, making an awful lot of noise, managed to google a pest control company and upon reading a few reviews settled for pied piper and it turned out to be the right decision as they turned up on time and without much fuss managed to repair the fence and were on their way.
thoroughly professional.

Professional and reliable service. These guys were extremely knowledgeable and attentive in helping us deal with a recent blue bottle fly infestation in our home. We had 1 visit within 24 hours of our call, where a full inspection of the property both in side and out was taken and effective treatment was placed straight away.
Couldnt recommend them anymore!

Used The Pied Piper yesterday as we had a wasp nest just outside our backdoor and tue kids are on school holidays. Called up and they sent someone within the hour. There man came with all the safety clothing and treated the nest and today I checked it and its gone. Exceptionally good service and was very impressed with their response times.

I found the Pied Piper team to be really friendly and professional. Especially Teybin and Simon who came out to fix the pigeon fouling on my balcony. They were quick and efficient and even cleaned up the pigeon poop! Excellent service from Pied Piper. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Used the pied Piper for my rat problem at home, the technician who came to do the treatment was absolutely great made me feel at ease, very professional even wore overshoes. The treatment has now been completed and I am very grateful that they have eradicated the little buggers. Thank you Pied Piper

We had been working with Pied Pipers for many years now, the are very professional and responsive. They carry out regular inspections and provide thorough reports for a reasonable cost. I would be happy to recommend them, great service and results.

Very polite technician. Very thorough and very informative with regards to procedures and prevention methods

Amazing Service! 5 Star! The issue I had, I thought it could never be resolved. After having a previous Pest Control company treat it and a few months later the pests tripled! I contacted The Pied Piper Pest Control and they took the problem into their hands made me feel so relieved as they assured me they would not stop treating until the problem was completely solved. This is the type of service you dont always come across. As promised they visited my premises until the pests were completely clear. Thank you to Tony and to his great team! I would definitely recommend to everyone. Great service.

The best company ever. We had Teybin Shaban who has done a great job here. Highly recommended and professional.I though we will never going to get rid of mice here but he did his job perfectly. If you ever need help he is the right person.

A sudden fly infestation problem in my bathroom had been ongoing for weeks or months, so I notified my council who contacted The Pied Piper pest control. The Pied Piper pest control visited twice, in January 2021, and February 2021 (two weeks apart) to solve the problem. The Pied Piper pest control DID solve the fly infestation problem immediately (the first visit). They informed me that the flies were actually called drain flies, which as the name suggests, are found in just those areas in the bathroom.

I never knew these things existed and had to do a search on Wikipedia to understand more.

Im not aware of having done anything directly to cause the problem but, for whatever reason, these persistent vermin appeared out of nowhere and despite all my best cleaning efforts, I couldnt get rid of the damn things until The Pied Piper pest control turned up. Three things about these drain flies:

1.

If left untreated they can MULTIPLY at a ridiculously exponential rate.

2. These drain flies seem to be attracted to heat. Whenever I turned on the hot water tap for a bath, they would appear.

3. Using items such as disinfectant, in whatever form, will have limited, or NO EFFECT at all on these drain flies. A serious warning:

Dont try to clean/disinfect these things from your bathroom by yourself (like I did). Call the professionals instead such as The Pied Piper pest control. They are trained to locate the actual source of the pests and they use professional tools and methods to terminate them.

A pleasure to deal with. they are quick and efficient. Fairly priced too. i would highly recommend them.

Gary from pied piper pest control has been out twice to my place to sort two different wasps nests. Professional, responsive and great value for money. One morning I called at 7am and he was there by lunchtime! Highly recommended

Fun filled traditional arcades by the beach. I think I had more fun than little ones. But hey it's all good.

I was devastated when I realised I had bedbugs in my sons room. He is disabled and spends lots of time in his bed. I spent a fortune on Bedbugs sprays, paid the Council to spray the room but I didnt get rid of them. One day, I saw one of the Pied Piper vans in my street. I waited for the technicians and asked them for info. They seemed very good. I didnt contact their office immediately because I only work part time and to be honest, I was afraid of the cost but then the bedbugs were still feasting on my boy and me. So, I called them.

I talked to a lovely young lady, Katya. The Pied Piper people were smashing. They visited the house, explained in detail what they would do. Because of my sons mental health, they adapted the treatment to get around the problems. Would I recommend The Pied Piper? Yes, definitely! Without hesitation. They are very professional and very thorough. They email you to remind you of the visits and they are on time.

They check you are satisfied after their visits and they send you a report of what they have done. They check everything. And really, they are very reasonably priced for their services which include 3 visits. Long review but I am very grateful that my son ( and me) can sleep without being bitten.

Have had a long term mouse problem which we had problems getting rid of. The pied piper came and carried out three visits turned up on time on all the visits and got rid of the mice. I am a very happy customer and can highly recommend them as they were very professional and polite.
