It was a refreshing experience to have professional people on our premises from start to finish. The whole process from initial consultation right through to installation was faultless. We changed our minds and altered a few things along the way and nothing was a problem to Paul and his team. From Paul at the top right through to the office staff and install guys, everyone was helpful, polite and good at their job.
This is an excellent local company.
Countrywide supplied and fitted new doors and windows to our rendered bungalow. After the install, there wasn't any damage to the exterior render or the interior plaster or tiles. All of the install guys worked as a team and really knew their stuff! We would have no hesitation in recommending Countrywide for your windows and doors. We cannot fault the quality of the supplied products or the execution of the install.

My order (four windows) involved dealing with the initial salesman, the office staff, the fitting team, and the company boss. I would rate the whole experience, as well as the final outcome, at five stars

I had a lintel put in and bifolds fitted. I am very happy with the result. The bifolds look sleek and modern, and are really easy to use. The builders were helpful and friendly, as were the three man team that installed the bifolds, the following day. The whole process from the initial meeting with the sales member, to being given the keys to the finished installation, went smoothly and hassle-free. I dont normally write reviews, but for once Ive found a company that actually deserves it. I wouldnt hesitate to use Countrywide again.

I was looking for a supplier of upvc windows for the back of my house, I shopped around and received a few quotes before discovering Countrywide. It was immediately obvious that they're extremely responsive to all correspondence, very helpful and friendly, and on top of this, the prices quoted are excellent. It's an all-round superb service. So much so, that I'll shortly order the windows for the front, and will recommend them to anybody who needs a window/door supplier. My experience has been perfect and I'd therefore recommend them without hesitation. 10/10!

Brilliant local company. Fair price upfront (unlike well known national company), always on time for all appointments- initial measurements, surveyor measurements and fitting. 3 men fitting did a fantastic job, replacement sliding patio door and new back door both done in 3 hours, very efficient, fabulous finish, doors themselves are amazing and we would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Recently had an house extension to my property and used Countrywide UPVC for the bi-folds and windows. I have found this company very cooperative and professional. Their operatives were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to my requests, they worked really well alongside other trades on site. I also had the fully integral blinds fitted within the windows after Paul explained the benefits which I am really happy with.
The communication through has been second to none, nowadays its difficult getting people on the phone but Paul was always communicating throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend, thank you Paul and all the team at Countryside UPVC.
