Absolutely love our new flooring. Great quality at good price. We had to return our first lot of flooring as I didn't like the colour I'd chosen. Staff very friendly, quick response and happy to help. Most boxes were still sealed, so I was allowed to return. Apart from one open pack, so couldn't return that one.

The flooring grade plywood I ordered was extremely good quality, much better than I was expecting considering the price. After ordering I had to make some changes to my order and the person I spoke to on the telephone was extremely helpful and rearranged my order without any issues. After trying the vinyl tiles in my kitchen and realising the colour didn't work they made the effort to arrange collection and send another alternative. Web site very easy to use, placed a small order. My order was shipped via a third party carrier who delivered to the wrong address.
