I called Pellows a few days ago ,after trying to contact a few other companies,and was pleasantly surprised with the initial contact and friendly advice I was given by the sales team.
(They were very busy but still managed to find me a slot!)
Rich attended today, and carried out the waste water removal, also advised me on procedures and recommended next visit etc.
( also somehow got the lorry through the gate!)

I have used Pellows several times over the years for drain unblocking and septic tank emptying.
Just recently moved and had a blocked drain. The main drain for toilet, bath etc.
It was a Sunday and Pellows were more than helpful, and on site in 2 hours. Problem resolved quickly and cleaned up after.
Can't recommend Pellows enough.

The driver Andy did a fantastic job clearing and cleaning a filthy soakaway as well as emptying the sewage processing unit.
He could not have been more charming and helpful.
The time before that they came the young operative was equally charming and helpful, so not a one off!
I cannot recommend Pellows highly enough.
