As a landlord Ive used Heatsafe Heating for a few years now for Gas Safety checks, boiler servicing, problems with the heating systems in a few flats and for replacement boilers. I contacted Heatsafe Heating Ltd when my boiler had broken down. They came highly recommended from two separate family members. They were very quick to give me a quote and had the boiler replaced three days after me contacting them. Thanks to Siobhn for responding to my query so quickly and giving me a next day appointment. Highly recommend Heatsafe, had new combi boiler installed and replaced old boiler and tank. From the first phone call, their service was outstanding. Arranged a sameday visit, fast and competitive quotes. Scheduled work took place quickly over the weekend. The team were highly professional, and work done on time and clean up after was spotless.

Contacted Dougie and his team on a Monday and they were there for a look at the problem Tuesday 830am. Dougie has a great manner and is very skilled also. This was tricky job as this was for my Uncle Falkirk and I live in Hampshire (not next door). Dougie gave us a quote within a day and within 4 days and a agreed a date to start. Started on time, finished on time and took care with the installation as my Uncle is housebound. Graeme, Dougie and Marc have just replaced our boiler and were amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond, working late on a Friday to get the hot water back on for our young family. The big company we had a maintenance contract with were completely useless so we are extremely glad to have found the guys at Heatsafe, they definitely saved the day. Reliable, friendly, punctual and tidy, no hesitations at all in recommending them.
