Jon was replacing a radiator, fixing a small leak and servicing our boiler and then serviced my mums boiler immediately afterwards. He provided an excellent and efficient service. He was clean and tidy, not leaving any mess behind. We have been using J Howden Plumbing for over 20 years and during that time we have had new bathroom fitted, regular gas boiler serving and fixing of leaks or advice regarding any of the above. Jon has alway responded to our calls very quickly, including one time when our insurance plumber did not identify a problem from a bathroom leak causing serious damage to the kitchen area - Jon was there to help and sort out even on a Sunday morning. John replaced our combi boiler for us. The old one is in the corner of the kitchen with limited access to the pipes. John and his team made a great job of the replacement, didn't need to remove any kitchen cupboards to fit and the new pipework is very, very tidy.
They cleaned up as they went and the work area was spotless afterwards.
