Tom and his team were amazing. My dad has dementia and mum is borderline. I was really apprehensive that mum would struggle having them in and me not being there. I was there on and off few days but had to work. Mum was really relaxed and happy with them all and felt safe. They did an amazing job removing spray foam and putting new insulation in the loft. The quote was very fair and even though the job was more complex , Tom kept his word that costs would not go up. From start to finish the installation of insulation in two lofts was vary well executed. The company overcame an unexpected COVID case which disrupted the work force and the installation was carried out in a timely and efficient manner (by Chris on his own)leaving the site clean and tidy with the work completed to my entire satisfaction in accordance with the very reasonable estimate. Tom and his team have done an excellent job removing a lot of unnecessary items put in by the previous owner (carpet! doors, planks) that was causing damp in the loft as it was all in the between the two layers of insulation, making it ineffective. Tom's team took all this rubbish and the old insulation away with them and installed new insulation, along with vents in the roof and blocked any possible access points where rats could come in. They were quick and efficient, kept mess to the very minimum, they protected my new carpets and left everything as it should be. In my opinion Tom went over and above by installing a new vent on the outside wall where my cooker extractor vent is and also new extractor pipes in the loft for both kitchen and bathroom.

Loft insulated by SurePro Insulation Ltd. Very efficient about how the work was carried out; the original insulation removed a large area of boarded loft removed before overlaying the installation of the new insulation between joist. Finally hoovered stairs and hallway.

I contacted Tom at SurePro insulation via Checkatrade as we needed closed cell spray foam insulation removed from our loft.
On his initial visit Tom took the time to explain the work involved and recommended the best approach to the project. He then followed up the discussion with a detailed quotation for the work and put us in touch with a roofing company he recommended rather than us having to find one ourselves.
From start to finish Tom (& Charlie) have arrived punctually, always communicating what that days work will involve and have completed what was a big job as quickly as they could minimising disruption for us. They left the house and work area clean and tidy every evening and their standard of finish is excellent.

Tom and Charlie did an excellent job of removing opencell foam and replacing the loft insulation. They were always polite, cheerful, considerat, made very little noise and cleaned up every day.
