When I read reviews, I questioned why every review was 5 star..Surely they are not that good? Yes, they are!
The staff in the office were patient and understanding about dates and checked up regularly. The quote was very competitive, and the two guys they sent, Oli and Henry, were friendly, punctual and professional. They made sure I was happy at every stage and took excellent care of my furniture. At arrival they made sure I was happy with where they placed items and at every stage, checked nothing had been forgotten.
The whole process was customer care at it's very best and I would recommend them if you want a smooth, hassle free day when you are moving. It's refreshing to see companies still operating who offer this level of service.. Thank you and well done from a very grateful customer.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of being supported by Kieran, Charlie, and Oli during my move into my new home, and I cannot express enough how phenomenal these three were.
What I expected to be a stressful, overwhelming transition was transformed into an effortless, smooth, and genuinely comforting experience because of them. They approached every part of the move with professionalism, skill, and a level of care that went far beyond the job description.
They were incredibly efficient, organised, and careful with my belongings but what stood out the most was their attitude. They were kind, patient, reassuring, and made me feel completely looked after throughout the entire process.
These three turned what could have been a chaotic day into something calm, well-managed, and even enjoyable. They are truly exceptional at what they do.
I had a fantastic experience with them and highly, highly recommend this team to anyone looking for removers who deliver above and beyond.

Everything was perfect! The packing service was carried out efficiently - I wish now that I hadnt tried to pack things myself..Andy was clearly experienced and able to organise items correctly and safely. The team worked really well together at both ends of the move..they were pleasant and friendly and seemed to just know the best place to put things. They even helped to get my reluctant Cat to move - but thats another story!

There's a reason Robert and Denny's has such a high rating...and it's not because they're paying bots to make it so. I rarely leave reviews, so no hyperbole: brilliant company. Great, clear communication in the first instance to set up the move. Then on the day: super quick, extremely communicative and intuitive. In terms of picking up, straight to work and so speedy, whilst being highly sensitive to your belongings. When you get to your new place, same again, but also getting immediately get to re-fitting your appliances: fridge, wardrobes, etc. Not a side note, because this is actually important: on such a stressful day, the guys are such a pleasure to be around. Funny, kind and clearly guys who've worked with each other a great deal. So, yes, you can have efficient movers come round and be the height of serious professionalism, but when you add into the mix guys who make you smile, it revolutionises that otherwise intense day. Best decision I made for this house move. If only my conveyancers were as competent and pleasant...

Excellent service throughout. Before the move, Donna in the office was pleasant, helpful, calm and efficient dealing with all the arrangements, which I found reassuring. On the day, Olly and Henry arrived in good time, then cheerfully and swiftly transferred the contents of my storage space to their van. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. The following morning, they'd arrived bright and early at the Devon storage space and unloaded everything before I got there. I was impressed with how neatly and sensibly they had packed stuff in so that, when needed, I could easily move lighter boxes to access heavier ones underneath. They'd also ensured that particular boxes were placed by the entrance, as requested. All in all, Roberts and Denny's did a brilliant job. I shall certainly use their services again when the time comes and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable, efficient removal service.

Wonderful experience! We used their packing and moving service which I highly recommend, it made the move feel far less daunting. Their team were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to be around. All our items arrived in perfect condition, and it actually made unpacking much easier as all the boxes were clearly labelled and put in the correct rooms from the start.
