Had a new boiler installation completed by Mus and his colleagues on Tuesday. The service provided was first class, incredibly professional and friendly. After initial issues relating to the install off of wrong info given by myself to Mus, they were able to overcome this and ensure the install was completed on the day as requested. Called and had the team out the very next day. Delivered on what I needed doing, and spotted faults that could have been very expensive in the future. Muz walked through everything of what I required when I found out I needed a new boiler, explaining clearly what was wrong with my other and showing me the issues. His team was prompt and came the next day to install the new boiler. The time they stated was precise to what they worked to. It works very well and were very clean when the job was finished.

This is the second time I have used this company and both times have had excellent service - my boiler fixed within a couple of hours of calling, really clear explanation of what was wrong and very fair pricing. Thanks Mus and son for fitting a new boiler at very short notice into a top floor flat, after the ancient one finally gave up - and at an excellent price too. They didn't charge for an extra part that was required during the job. Recommend.

I had to obtain a Gas Safety Certificate as I am moving home. Must came out the same day. Efficient, friendly and very competent with advice concerning my appliances. I have passed his details onto a relative who will soon need a certificate.

Called at 9pm at night due to a broken Boiler. They came round the next day and installed a brand new system for us.
