Although no two briefs or ambitions are the same, our overall approach is consistent for all projects. Upon appointment, we prepare a comprehensive programme. It is monitored and adjusted to ensure clarity and achievable outcomes from inception to completion.

Its been a real challenge for us to imagine what we could do with our property, but working with Scott Andrews has completely transformed that experience. Hes really opened up the creative possibilities and helped us see the potential of our space in ways wed never have thought of ourselves.
From the start, Scott has worked to our relaxed timelines without ever being pushy. He brings a unique blend of hands-on building experience and architectural expertise, and that combination really shines through in both his design ideas and his methodical approach. Hes been incredibly thoughtful in helping us visualise what our home could look like over time, always mindful of keeping within our financial envelope.
Visiting Scotts office was also a lovely part of the process we were warmly greeted by his team, and the space itself is comfortable, creative, and inspiring. Its a great environment to explore design ideas and see your vision take shape visually.
Scott has spent a great deal of time with us, patiently walking through different design options, listening carefully, and incorporating our feedback at every stage. Were now at an exciting point where weve agreed on a concept that feels right for us, and were starting to think seriously about costing and planning submission in the new year.
One of the things that really stands out about Scott is his friendly, approachable, and humble nature. Despite his clear talent and technical skill, he makes the process collaborative and enjoyable. Our project is a bit unusual, as were working alongside a QS to ensure we stay within budget due to land constraints and being in a conservation area. Scott has been very aware of these complexities and has still managed to maximise the value and design potential of the site.
Were thrilled with the experience so far and genuinely look forward to continuing to work with him. I called on the services of Edward Parsley Associates after I had performed some works in my house. A small opening that needed building control. They were very reasonably priced and performed the calculations within a very timely manner. Many thanks for your work. Highly recommend Edward Parsley Associates.

I unfortunately hired some builders to convert a loft just post covid. I had paid for them to contact the council, and just failed to turn upto the job one day. Despite legal chasing, I was yet another victim. Building control codes had changed in the interim so the time I had correctly contacted them, I had a long list to achieve to get to code. Quite scary given this would ultimately mean I couldn't sell the house.
Anyway I needed alot of help. Edward Parsley Architects / Engineers were highly recommended but friends in the trade. Tom massively helped as:
1) Tom came and viewed the existing work. Suggested ideas then when hired - Worked the engineering and complex maths (Very detailed review) and supplied direct to me and Building control. Several detailed pages and ways to ensure it was structurally sound.
2) Tom (Edward Parsley) spoke to building control on Engineering / structure matters but also went above and beyond helping with fire proof glass, insulation, all sorts. Really helped me on advice and where / what to work first.
3) Upon hiring a TRUSTED carpenter and builder, he worked with them, where they suggested a few changes that when opening up the old design, worked some easier solutions that still worked with the maths and acceptable to building control
4) Was professional throughout and very reasonable on cost.
This made what was a giant stress, and really, a real complex can of worms given someone else had done the work, incorrectly (No steel used, some of the supporting rafters cut - real mess) and made it easy. Really liked them, liked the feedback, found they did pick up the calls. Massive thanks - I will always suggested these guys to others and use them again. Tom, our Engineer, fully understood our requirements and gave us excellent advice the alternatives for achieving our vision.
Once we had agreed the way forward they provided an extremely effective and professional service.

Weve recently been working with Scott from EPA and couldnt be happier with the service so far. We are new to the renovation world and Scott has reassured us and filled us with such positivity from the get go. He understand our vision instantly and swiftly designed the home of our dreams that not only ticked all of our boxes, was less work than we ever thought it would be but most importantly made it approvable to the council with minor adjustments. Hes extremely good at his job, reliable and professional. We couldnt recommend him enough.

We couldnt have asked for better services from Edward Parsley Associates. Brad helped with getting certain details across to building control insuring that everything got passed off. He also helped us with a few structural aspects, providing us with a structural engineer. All doing so on a tight schedule.
Although this was only a small project, everything was dealt with promptly and to a high standard. We will definitely be using them again for any future projects.

I've been working with Brad and the team for almost 2 years now. Epa designed an incredible loft conversion and complete renovation for one of my developments creating the perfect design with everything I requested in my brief, as well as including some of their own ideas which were great. The team were efficient and offered great advice and helped me achieve the maximum GDV. We have since worked together on 2 further projects and there will certainly be more in the future. EPA are not only great for high spec design and architecture but they also have structural engineering teams in house which helps the project to run smoothly

Edward Parsley are one of the best in the business.
They`re very thorough in all aspects of their architectural skills, from the initial design process through to the planning application.
Scott Andrews was assigned to my project and very professional throughout the whole process.
They listen to what you would like to achieve with your property and also offer alternative constructive ideas for your consideration.
Although they`re not the cheapest or quickest in the business, if you`re ultimately looking to get a planning consent Edward Parsley will certainly give you a good chance to succeed.
