Our new media wall from West Lothian Feature Walls has totally transformed our living room and we are absolutely delighted with the whole well organised process. From visiting the showroom where we looked and got our own ideas. Andy came out to discuss, measure up and show us all the available samples. Received our quote and got an installation date. Very professional and finished to a very high standard.
Day 1. The electrician arrived. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked our requirements. Advised us and carried out all the electric works in the day.
Day 2. The fitting team of 2 guys arrived and prepared front door access and all surrounding areas with protection covers and installed the media wall, fitted the bracket and brand new tv to the wall. The team were courteous, clean, tidy, vacuumed the carpet and gave us a run through of working the fire etc before leaving.
We absolutely love our new media wall and would definitely 100% highly recommend West Lothian Feature Walls.

Just had my feature done by Andrew and Mark. Nothing is too much bother for them. Andrew kept me upto speed with various workers involved such as electrician, plaster and painter. Love my unit and the disco lights. Highly recommended

We had several companies - including relatives - out to discuss our media wall requirements. Andrew from West Lothian Feature Walls provided the most comprehensive proposal and, although not quite the cheapest, we were confident they were the best option.
Correspondence from Claire in the office was prompt and professional and we were clear on the timescale and process for completing our job.
After their contract electrician and gas plumber had completed their preparatory tasks, Andrew and his colleague arrived and were courteous and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and Andrew is clearly a man who understands customer service and hard graft. Both men worked from 9am until after 5pm to almost complete the installation of our media wall, only returning the following day for two hours to complete the job. The results are phenomenal and have totally transformed our lounge.
We are all absolutely delighted with our new media wall and I would highly recommend West Lothian Feature Walls to friends and family.
