I would definitely recommend this company, after I contacted them the guy came out within the hour to look at my back door which I wasn’t able to shut, he ordered me a new hinge but adjusted it temporarily, he’s been back today to fit the hinge, really happy with the service, would definitely recommend.

I had a issue with my porch door that was not opening. Called Vlad early in the morning. The communication was excellent, arrived before the mentioned time, opened the door with in few minutes and fixed the door within 30 minutes. Fantastic service! Diagnosed the issue straight away. Explained it thoroughly, and carried the work very efficiently.
Both doors needed new barrels and adjustment of the door frames. One of the doors couldn't be opened but took a few minutes with expert hands!
Vlad was polite and courteous at all times. Top service from a top man.

Vlad came to the house late at night yesterday to secure my broken window as it would not close due to broken hinges on old windows he then returned the next morning first thing replaced both hinges and the handle.

Found Vlad on Google as my front door lock was bust! He said he will come out and have a look and quote me. The barrell and the five lever lock mechanism had gone so he replaced the lot at a fair price. Replaced the lock with 5 keys spare, works smooth and well. Vlad locksmith did a great job helping me with a smartlock when i left my key inside after I’d called 7-8 other locksmiths who also said they couldn’t do it! He came through very quickly in Birmingham and sorted my smartlock which is really secure, after midnight, for a very reasonable price. Honestly I couldn’t recommend him enough.
