In line with BISHTA guidance, spa water should be renewed every three months, and this service ensures chemical balance and safety. It includes visual inspections, chemical checks, full drainage and deep cleaning, filter treatment, pipework rinsing, surface cleaning, UV protection, refilling, and rebalancing of water chemistry.

Marcus did a complete refresh on a hot tub at a house we bought. It hadnt been used in 14 years and was full of snails and algae. He spent ages going through the system and checking performance. We ended up buying a new control panel which he sourced and installed. After a power wash the thing looked great again. Honestly, we thought the thing was destined for the tip. Marcus is always punctual and friendly. Attached is a photo of the before so you can see how terrible it looked before Marcus works his magic.

Great company, excellent, clear communication and helpful throughout. Marcus came to us the other day after we called him about a persistent leak in our HotSprings Summit Hot Tub. We were at our wits end after several other companys essentially told us the process would require taking the hot tub in for repair and this would have been a huge challenge for us due to its position. He visited us twice, once to assess the issue and the second time for a full day to put in some serious work on fixing it. He was prompt, helpful, thorough and persistent and found three leaks and fixed them all. I therefore have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and his company and will be retaining his company to service our tub for many years to come.

Very easy to contact and arrange an appointment. Costs were clearly explained, as was the diagnosis for the hot tub problem. The problem was fixed on the day and we were kept informed of the repairs being taken. The work was done in a very timely manner.

Marcus managed to get our hot tub running after a long period of inactivity and numerous leaks. He is very knowledgeable and helpful not only in t repairing but providing details of suppliers for parts etc. Marcus kept us informed of of costs and arrived on time. Prices are extreme competitive and attention to detail is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend.

Marcus replaced a failing jet pump in my 10 yr old hot tub. He answered on a Sunday (whilst on holiday!) and provided clear guidance and said when he'd be able to come and fix the issue. His communication and work was top notch. I'd have no hesitation using him again. His good reputation/reviews is testament to the quality of his work. Called Marcus when our hot tub started leaking. Not straight forward as it was leaking but he was unperturbed. Found the source of the problem and fixed it without even having to get it out the hole. Highly recommend.

Marcus came out to look at our Hydro pool when it stopped working.
He managed a temporary fix so I could still use it - while he worked out the most cost effective way to repair - which I appreciated given the costs of parts quoted by Hydro pool .
He made enquires and managed to get the part repaired - and now everything’s working perfectly again - he kept me updated at each stage - and worked out a very fair final bill - I will definitely use him again - thanks Marcus !!

From start to finish Marcus was a pleasure to deal with. Responsive to messages and honest in his advice and foreseeing problems. The work was carried out as planned with Marcus turning up when promised, any extra parts needed were ordered and we now have our hot tub back up and running after been out of action for 6 months while we had an extension done.
