The products and service from this company are brilliant, some of the best Composite cladding i have come across. My only comment would be, when buying beware the dimensions given on the website are not the finished dimensions, always ring and confirm, i didn't and had to order more, as a good will gesture the company refunded the postage on the second order so for this reason it's 5 stars all round.

3 free samples for a composite decking product arrived very promptly. It's a superior product to a number of the competing products in the marketplace currently and meets our requirements perfectly in terms of durability, colour choice, maintenance, length of warranty etc.

What a great company - I only wanted a small piece of decking trim to repair a job from a previous purchase - they hunted high and low for a piece from a now discontinued line and managed to find one much to my amazement- very helpful staff and all done with a smile on their faces .highly recommend these guys !

The samples I ordered were very good, true to colour and very high quality, sadly despite the website saying the decking I wished to order was in stock and ready for immediate delivery it transpired that after I had ordered I was then informed that the product wasnt in stock and would be at least 3 to 4 weeks before they would know a delivery date. Needless to say I had to go else where for my decking as the project couldnt be delayed by a month or more.

Researched my options for composite decking suppliers and chose Assured Composite having read their website's installation guides/case studies/blogs and on receipt of their sample products (liked the colour, quality, finish).
Ordering was easy and was received in perfect condition shortly afterwards. Customer service/support was excellent when dealing with an issue.
I built a timber subframe (using products from a separate supplier) but referred to the guide provided by Assured. Laying the actual deck (approx 5 x 3m) outside my garden office was not difficult following the guides and ensuring you used the advised tools. I did this on my own as a medium-level DIYer.
Very happy with the results and my family are pleasantly surprised (ie shocked) at how "professional" it has come up.
Can recommend to anyone considering a similar project.

After finding Assured Composite online I made an enquiry and within a couple of days I received the samples and an order was placed, delivery was very prompt and we were ready to go.
Communication from the office was exceptional and every call was answered first time. We will look forward to working with Assured in the near future on other decking projects in the Camberley area.

I replaced wooden decking with composite. A friend recommended Assured and I couldn't be more happy with the result. This was my first decking project which I completed with my neighbour who also had zero experience in assembling a subframe and laying the boards but it was relatively straightforward. I used pedestals on top of old flagstones to get the height to the door, these were easy enough for levelling up the subframe. The boards went down quickly with the clips which screw in to the joists so there are no visible screws which makes it look very neat. There are plenty of guides and videos on the website to help with the build and the team were very responsive when I had questions.
Once built, I had some issues with a couple of the pedestals loosening from vibration so I got in touch with Assured for some guidance. This was largely down to the pedestals on one side of the decking being close to their height limit so they advised me to add some extenders on them which I had in surplus and it did the trick.
This is a great product from Assured and with the support from their team even a novice like me can produce a professional result, hence I'm giving them 5 stars.
