I had a damp survey done by Simon and he was very professional. Budget constraints stopped us from engaging with them actually doing the work, but my point is that after getting quotes and advice from two other companies one which the survey cost nothing and thats Excatly what the advice was worth. The other company was more or less on the same wave length as Simon. Which enables me to say i would not of had any doubts about Alldry doing the work. It proved to me that Simon is very knowledgeable and i like the fact that he is engaging in new and better ways and new techniques to solve damp issues for his customers .

Even though we live very far away, we received immediate help and support from the team virtually. Through images and description of the problem, they were able to provide us with some excellent suggestions and work that could be done to resolve the issues we had relating to damp. They even provided us with a trusted surveyor more local to us. Would definitely recommend for both work and advice as theyre very friendly and super responsive.

Used a couple of times over the years. Old house with a few damp issues amd then a big plastering job.
Sam and apprentice did an inspection, found root of issue did a report and then did the work after. Got a 10 year warranty on work.
Second job was a reskim of spare bedroom and 2 flights of stairs, nice tody job turned up on time, when they said they would.

Had a damp proof course done previously (with All Damp and was impressed) and another area off the house done since. Highly recommend All Damp - responded quickly, give accurate quote, punctual, attention to detail, clean, gave good and honest advice. When I contacted All Damp for a copy of my previous guarantee, they emailed it over the same day and asked for photos (I was selling my house and needed the paperwork) they assumed I had an issue and were keen to resolve. They emailed me a copy of the guarantee the same day after completing the new work. Flexible, reliable and highly recommended. Would definitely use again :)

We used All Dry when renovating our kitchen and need new damp courses and plastering throughout, plus additional ventilation. The service was professional and slick from the off, with all carpets and access areas covered in advance of any work taking place or equipment being moved in. Needed some advice on a couple of damp spots in my house, an 1880s end-terrace. Sam did a a full survey of the problem spots before quoting on the work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the team were clean and tidy. Had the wall reskimmed as part of the treatment and so far so good the damp hasn't returned.

We needed some work doing on damp on an external wall, Simon came out assessed what the problem was, explained what was causing it and what the solution was to resolve it.
The work was carried out quickly and very efficiently and the standard of work could not be bettered. At the end off work being done you always want workmen to clear up, well not only was the floor swept but all the sills etc that had accumulated dust and dirt were wiped down, a proper job!
A very professional, pleasant , mannerly firm to have in your house, I would recommend to anyone, thank you.
