Steve was fantastic throughout this process. It felt like the survey was really considered and we didn't end up with a boiler templated bare minimum report. He made himself available to discuss our house before and afterwards and appreciated his additional insight on things we should consider outside of the report (converting our electric fire to a log burner).
I've passed his details onto friends also looking for a survey and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him HBS beyond that.

Brilliant! I had a level 3 survey carried at by Henderson Building Surveyors which was both detailed and easy to understand. This was my first property purchase and Steve was supportive throughout.
Communication was excellent including phone calls before the inspection to discuss my specific concerns regarding the property, and immediately afterwards to go through the main findings of the report.
The drone footage was superb for showing the condition of the roof and chimney.
Steve was happy to answer all my questions and made the whole process less daunting.
