We needed our decking and sleepers all removed from our garden and as quick as I expressed my interest in their services they were on site removing my garden rubbish. So quick to respond, and offer the best service that I needed, really friendly guy arrived and now I have a nice clear garden all within less than an hour of arranging! Ordered a skip and within 24hrs it was on my driveway! Delivered by a lovely smiley chap! Requested collection of the skip and in less than a couple of hours the skips being collected! Ordered and paid online. Skip delivered at 8:50am I wasn't at the property but driver rang to ask exactly where I wanted it placed on drive. Very pleasant chap. Will definitely use again. Not the dearest and probably not cheapest but I like reliability and am happy with what I paid.

Brilliant service! Skip delivered right on queue. Friendly delivery guy who was helpful. Explained how long we had the skip for and if we wanted it picked up earlier just call. Very good service. Saving the number incase we need another skip!

First time using this service, the lady explained the process in detail to me. I called on Monday afternoon, the skip arrived on Wednesday morning before 9 am.
Although we could keep the skip for 14 days, unfortunately, a silly man decided to come into my private car park without my permission and stood on my fence to look through the skip! He broke my fence and drove off!
I had to call Excel to see if they could send someone to come and collect the skip as soon as possible. The lady on the phone put a note on the system for me. Usually it would be 1-4 days for collection, but the driver came before 7 am the following day!

Just wonderful great price for the 4yd skip.More importantly the ladies who take the booking on the phone ,courteous,helpful communicate well.We had work in Waltham Abbey out of of work area really,so used them on the off chance .I'd use them again anytime!

Ordered a skip was told about a new thing they were doing.
A free skip each month for one lucky customer if you have a white skip turn up.
When it turned up it was white.
no charge and great customer service.
Great flexibility as we asked for an Extra few days with no problem

Great Service & Price. I ordered a skip and it was delivered the same afternoon. The ladies on the phone were really helpful as i had never ordered a skip before. I asked for the skip to be collected next day and it was collected the following morning. The driver was polite and friendly. I will absolutely recommend Excel to anyone who needs a skip
