The people at Timber Windows Direct were very helpful and amended my window sizes when I got them wrong and also amended the design.
They had my widows delivered on time to my address and the were in perfect condition, the delivery driver was also very helpful.
Windows are top quality and I cannot speak highly of this company.

I had the pleasure of working with Alisdair, Michael & Nina on windows for my loft conversion and I will be using them for the rest of the renovation. Forget getting horribly overpriced quotes from companies flogging Chinese-made windows, this is a locally based company with local contacts, and the windows are expertly made to spec in Poland, meaning excellent workmanship and shorter lead times. Nina steered us through the process from start to finish, including invaluable help with planning permissions, and support in organising a glazer when one of the windows was delivered with a small crack. They dont do installation themselves but helped us secure a contact of theirs, who were reasonable and professional. Overall, an outstanding experience and 40% lower than our highest quote including installation. Highly recommended.

I feel compelled to leave this review after such amazing service. TWD went above and beyond with my order. I had some unusual needs and everyone I came into contact at the company were so friendly, accommodating, organised, and extremely capable. I am a contractor and have used them before so knew the windows were good quality.

We needed some like-for-like Victorian sash windows made with double glazed glass rather than single glazed and came across Timber Windows Direct in our search. I was a little reluctant at first as the price seemed too good to be true, but I was delighted to be proved wrong. The windows look stunning, came ready painted and were really simple for our builder to fit.
