We have now used JD carter on three occasions and found them to be very professional, from the initial phone call to the final installations and handover. When we did have a problem, which was not their fault, they came out and promptly resolved it. We would definitely recommend this company.

We have had to call on JD Carter with the sale of our house. The house wasnt upto standards on the electrical side. Justin came straight round to have a look at what was required and give us advice - 2 days later Russell was at the house completing the work to a very high standard, very tidy and super polite. We then had to call on Justins building expertise to assist with getting retrospective building permissions, again, Justin was straight round to help with calculations and then structural engineer support.
5 star service - couldnt recommend them enough! They will be the first people we call on for a solar installation and rewire once we move.

We are incredibly impressed with the fantastic job this team did for us! As first-time homeowners, we required new spotlights in our bathroom, and they provided such quick and efficient service. We couldn't have asked for anyone better, and the job was executed beautifully. Thank you again, and we will undoubtedly be using this team for any future needs. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We had an emergency call-out to a residential care facility due to a water leak from an upstairs room that caused flooding in a downstairs room and flickering electrics. Fortunately, a kind and competent gentleman arrived within a few hours and promptly rectified the issue. We highly recommend his services and would like to express our gratitude for his quick response. Thank you!
